Services

Casa El Buen Samaritano, a 501(c)(3) charity clinic, has been serving the Greater Houston area since 2008. Casa seeks to minister both the physical and spiritual needs of patients and their families. Casa serves patients from more than 90 unique zip codes in the Houston and surrounding areas.  Casa's operations are made possible thanks to the dedicated medical and non-medical mission-minded volunteers that serve at Casa's Medical Clinic. Under the direction of the Quality Assurance Committee, Casa Clinic focuses its efforts on five clinical impact areas.

Tuesday 12 pm to 9 pm

Wednesdays 8 am to 12 pm

Thursday 12 pm to 9 pm

Saturday (2nd of each month) 8 am to 12 pm

Clinic Locations

HOUSTON - Located in southwest Houston, close to the intersection of US 90 and Hillcroft. The clinic's physical address is 14060 Dublin Street, Houston, TX 77085.

MISSOURI CITY - Located in Fort Bend County, close to the intersection of US 90 and Present Street. The clinic's physical address is 2106 5th Street, Missouri City, TX 77489.

Making an Appointment

Patients should call for an appointment prior to their visit. To make an appointment, please call 713-721-4101. Leave your name and phone number, and someone will return your call to schedule an appointment.

 

Eligibility Requirements

To be a patient at Casa El Buen Samaritano, patients must have no form of health insurance (including CHIP and Medicaid) and be below 150% of the Federal Poverty Line.

Required Documentation

Patients are required to bring a photo I.D. and proof on income for each member of their household who works. A paycheck stub, tax return, or letter from one's employer are all acceptable forms of proof of income.
