15th Annual Adopt a Family
Saturday, December 9, 2023, 8:30 am - 10:30 am

This year, Casa has identified 34 patients and their 76 children that are in need of Christmas help in the form of gift cards and toys. Adopt a family, and give the joy of Christmas to those in need. Sponsoring families are invited to participate with Arts and Crafts, Caroling, and more! This is a family-friendly event and all are welcome.

REGISTRATION - Merry Elves: Merry Elves set the tone. These elves are welcoming families they are super cheerful and get the Christmas Party started with the best "Merry Christmas" they can muster!

BREAKFAST - Peppermint Elves: What makes Christmas cheery and bright candy canes and hot choco and all the fixings of course! Breakfast Elves must arrive at 7 am to begin preparing food and beverages. Breakfast Elves will also serve food to the families.

Arts and Crafts - Crafty Elves: Arts and Craft Elves help keep it fun and help distract the children with tons of Christmas activities whilst parents sneak away to visit with the Christmas Elves.

Distribution - Christmas Elves: Volunteers must arrive at 7 am to help bring gifts out of storage and set up Gift Distribution Room. Throughout event Christmas Elves will meet with parents and help load gifts into family vehicle.

Clean Up Crew - Blizzard Elve: Blizzard Elves blow in and clean up during and after the event to make sure everything is sparkling white!

Photographer - Virginia Elf: Yes Virginia there is a Santa Clause and she capture the magic of the event with a camera for all to see!
